Madam Speaker, with regard to part (a) of the question, I wish to apprise the House that my Ministry is presently working on a new policy to address the issue of rising costs of commodities. To that effect, I have already chaired several meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Finance and other stakeholders with a view to define the new policy. Discussions are still ongoing. This new policy will also include extending the present range of products commercialised by the STC. With regard to part (b) of the question, I wish to reassure the House that the new policy will also extend to Rodrigues, along with the new range of products.
