To ask the Honourable Minister of Health and Wellness — Whether, in regard to waiting hours in public hospitals, he will state if a survey has been carried out thereinto and, if so, indicate the (a) average waiting time upon a patient being advised for admission and the time admitted to the ward (b) hours spent by an inpatient on being discharged and the time the latter leaves the ward?
