Babajee (First Member for Savanne & Black River) asked the Minister of National Infrastructure whether, in regard to the villages of Tamarin, La Preneuse and Black River, he will state if his Ministry is in presence of any project for the construction 152 of a bypass in the region of Yemen to alleviate the heavy traffic thereat, indicating if a feasibility study has already been carried out in that regard.
