Lobine (First Member for La Caverne & Phoenix) asked the Attorney-General whether, in regard to the proposed introduction of the Police and Criminal Justice Bill in the Assembly, he will state where matters stand, indicating whether the practice of lodging provisional charges against every suspect of arrestable offences after every arrested offence will be done away with.
