Etwareea (Third Member for Grand’ Baie & Poudre D'or) asked the Minister of Housing and Lands whether, in regard to the compulsory land acquisition of portion number 40 for the construction of drains for flood mitigation measures at Fond du Sac in 2018, he will state the reasons for the non-settlement of the price payable to the land owners thereof as at to date, indicating the expected date of settlement thereof.
