Rookny (Third Member for Pamplemousses & Triolet ) asked the Minister of Housing and Lands whether, in regard to the land situated around the Waste Water Treatment Plant at Baie du Tombeau, he will state the reasons why his Ministry is pursuing the compulsory acquisition thereof for the proposed relocation of the Waste Transfer Station of Roche Bois thereat when the Ministry of Environment has not prepared and Government has not approved any such project.
