(No. B/1192) Mr R. Beechook (Second Member for Flacq & Bon Accueil) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to the Covid-19 (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to the number of individuals prosecuted for breaches thereof, indicating the number of – (a) convictions secured, and (b) fines imposed and total quantum of revenue collected in terms thereof.
