Ramdass (Third Member for Vieux Grand Port & Rose Belle) asked the Minister of Youth and Sports whether, in regard to the illegal rallies and motor racing occurring in public places and along public roads, he will state if his Ministry is considering – (a) setting up a legal framework therefor with a view to reducing risks of accidents, and (b) constructing a car rally track for the promotion thereof and, if so, when and, if not, why not.
