(No. B/968) Mr R. Beechook (Second Member for Flacq & Bon Accueil) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to the COVID-19 (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Commissioner of Police, information as to the number of individuals prosecuted thereunder, indicating the – (a) number of convictions secured, and (b) total value of the fines imposed and collected in relation thereto.
