Madam Speaker, I beg to move the motion standing in my name – “This Assembly resolves that the Report of the Standing Orders Committee, in regard to the amendments to Standing Order 2 and Standing Order 73 of the Standing Orders and Rules of the National Assembly (1995), which was laid on the Table of the National Assembly on 06 May 2025 be approved, and that the amendments contained therein come into operation forthwith.” The Deputy Prime Minister rose and seconded.
