(No. B/141) Mr N. Beejan (Second Member for Grand’ Baie & Poudre d’Or) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to the Goodlands Police Station, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Commissioner of Police, information as to – 173 (a) the number of – (i) Police Officers posted thereat, indicating their respective rankings, and (ii) vehicles assigned thereto, and (b) the measures being envisaged, if any, to increase the manpower thereat for more effective policing within its jurisdiction.
