Beechook (Second Member for Flacq & Bon Accueil) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to acts of vandalism of places of worship, including kalimayes, temples, mosques, churches, and other religious sites, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Commissioner of Police, information as to the number of reported cases thereof over the period January 2015 to October 2024, indicating, in connection therewith, the number of persons – (a) arrested, and (b) convicted, if any. 32
