To ask Dr the Honourable Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands – Whether, in regard to the Certificate of Character, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Commissioner of Police, information as to whether consideration will be given for the clearance thereof for individuals having been found guilty of breaches of the Quarantine Regulation Act 2020, namely, for not wearing masks or not wearing them on the mouth and nose?
