(No. B/240) Mrs A. Savabaddy (First Member for Port Louis North & Montagne Longue) asked the Minister of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity whether, in regard to the National Pension Appeal Tribunal, he will state – (a) the number of pending cases thereat; (b) the timeframe for the hearing and disposal of an appeal; (c) the assistance provided to appellants, if any, and (d) if he will consider reviewing the actual protocol for a more humane approach when dealing with and determining such cases thereat.
