(No. B/244) Mr T. Apollon (Second Member for Mahebourg & Plaine Magnien) asked the Minister of Energy and Public Utilities whether, in regard to the renewable energy hybrid facilities projects by SPV 30MV Belle Vue 2 Ltd., and SPV 30MV Belle Vue 3 Ltd., he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Central Electricity Board, information as to – (a) whether the projects are in breach of the provisions of the Power Purchase Agreement signed therefor, indicating if the dates for their coming into operation have been respected, and (b) the total amount of damages, if any, paid to the Board.
