(No. B/868) Mr R. Jhummun (Second Member for Rivière des Anguilles & Souillac) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to horse racing, he will – (a) state whether his Office is in presence of any representation for the granting of a – (i) second Horse Racing Organiser license for the Champ de Mars Racecourse, and (ii) licence for a second racecourse at Petit Gamin, and (b) for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to whether any illegal horse racing activities are being carried out at Petit Gamin.
