(No. B/623) Dr. F. Aumeer (Third Member for Port Louis South & Port Louis Central) asked the Minister of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity whether, in regard to the Invalidity Pensions, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information, since January 2024 to date on a yearly basis, information as to – (a) the number of beneficiaries thereof, indicating the number thereof whose pensions have been stopped, and (b) whether applications therefor from persons suffering from long-term chronic diseases, acquired long-term disabilities and inborn disorders have been rejected and, if so, indicate the number thereof.
