Lobine (First Member for La Caverne & Phoenix) asked the Minister of Local Government whether, in regard to the incinerator at Highlands, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to whether a fire certificate has been issued in respect thereof and, if so, indicate the date of coming into operation thereof and, if not, why not.
