B/284 The Honourable First Member for Piton and Rivière du Rempart (Dr Prayag) To ask the Honourable Minister of Health and Wellness – Whether, in regard to the recently launched 24/7 free hotline 146 for the registration of patient complaints, requests and recommendations relating to public health services, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to the number of calls received category-wise, indicating the (a) mechanism put in place to ensure timely follow-up and resolution thereof and the average time taken therefor and (b) whether a monitoring and evaluation framework has been set up to assess the effectiveness thereof and, if so, indicate the outcome thereof?
