Rookny (Third Member for Pamplemousses & Triolet) asked the Minister of Energy and Public Utilities whether, in regard to the proposed increase in the storage capacity of La Nicolière Reservoir, he will state why the Central Water Authority has not yet been granted authorisation to proceed therewith, indicating the timeframe, if any, set for a decision to be taken in relation thereto.
