K., she will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Financial Services Commission, information as to the position held by the latter in any management company licensed to operate in Mauritius, indicating (a) whether it is in presence of any complaint in respect thereof and the action, if any, taken and (b) the measures envisaged to safeguard the reputation and integrity of Mauritius as an international financial centre having regard to the forthcoming ESAAMLG mutual evaluation following the arrest thereof in Dubai?
