(No. B/373) Ms R. Collet (First Member for Rodrigues) asked the Minister of Arts and Culture whether, in regard to the proposed signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural Cooperation with the Rodrigues Regional Assembly for the period 2026–2029, he will state – (a) the reasons therefor, and (b) how the implementation thereof is expected to ensure equitable opportunities for Rodriguan artists and practitioners in respect of exchanges, training and heritage promotion at local, regional and international levels.
