A/64 The Honourable Second Member for Quartier Militaire and Moka (Dr Ms Thannoo) To ask the Honourable Minister of Energy and Public Utilities – Whether, in regard to the long-term management and planning of water resources, he will state whether consideration will be given for (a) a review of the Water Resources Act 2024 (b) the declaration of all potable water sources across Mauritius as public and (c) the recognition of the right of access to safe water and sanitation, having regard to the relevant United Nations' Declaration in relation thereto?
