(No. B/1033) Mr J. F. François (Second Member for Rodrigues) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to the Budgetary Estimates 2025-2026 for Rodrigues Island, he will – (a) for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to the total – (i) expenditure incurred as at closing date thereof, and (ii) amount of outstanding bills, giving details thereof and the reasons therefor, and (b) state the bearing, if any, of the implementation of the Programme-Based Budgeting Framework on the management of public expenditure thereat.
