François (Second Member for Rodrigues) asked the Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands whether, in regard to the Mauritian economy, he will state Government assessment of the implications and impacts thereon of the current conflict in the Middle East, including, on the supply chain, inflation rate, oil, gas and energy prices and any other disruptions, indicating the preparedness of Government in the face thereof, including, whether negotiations are being held to mitigate the energy crisis.
