A/43 The Honourable Third Member for Beau Bassin and Petite Rivière (Mr Quirin) To ask Dr the Honourable Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Finance, Minister for Rodrigues and Outer Islands – Whether, in regard to the recruitment exercise conducted by the Public Service Commission (PSC), being the subject matter of a Supreme Court case, Reference SCR 125673 (5A/87/24) PSC v PBAT, he will state whether he has taken cognizance of allegations of candidates not possessing the required qualifications being nominated, whilst relevant additional qualifications and experience of other candidates were disregarded and, if so, whether a review of the procedures and safeguards governing recruitment by the PSC will be considered?
