A/46 The Honourable First Member for Rodrigues (Ms Collet) To ask the Honourable Minister of Housing and Lands – Whether, in regard to State land concessions, formerly Crown land, in the Republic of Mauritius, including in Rodrigues Island, he will state (a) the current number thereof, indicating how many are (i) active (ii) expired (iii) under renewal and (iv) subject to termination for non-compliance with the conditions attached thereto (b) the number of cases where same have been irregularly sold, ceded, mortgaged and/or prescribed as private property, indicating the actions taken in relation thereto and (c) whether consideration will be given to reviewing the legal framework governing same?
