Aumeer (Third Member for Port Louis South & Port Louis Central) asked the Attorney General whether, in regard to the New Court House, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to whether a maintenance contract has been awarded in relation thereto and, if so, indicate – (a) the name of the contractor, and (b) whether water leakages during rainfall and poor air-conditioning have been reported thereat and remedial measures being taken, if any.
