(No. B/465) Mr R. Jhummun (Second Member for Rivière des Anguilles & Souillac) asked the Minister of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation whether, in regard to the rolling out of Artificial Intelligence, he will – (a) state whether increased pressure on bandwidth requirements, particularly, in respect of mobile data is being anticipated, and (b) for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to the measures being envisaged by mobile network operators to ensure adequate network coverage island-wide, particularly, in areas currently experiencing low to no coverage thereof.
