(No. B/480) Mr J. Edouard (Fourth Member for Rodrigues) asked the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms whether, in regard to the shortcomings noted by the Director of Audit in his last report in respect of Rodrigues Island, he will state whether consideration will be given for the introduction of structural reforms, capacity building programmes, and appropriate follow-up and evaluation mechanisms with a view to enhancing the efficiency of public officers in the discharge of their duties thereat.
