B/1099 The Honourable First Member for Montagne Blanche and Grand River South East (Mr Baboolall) To ask Dr the Honourable Minister of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries – Whether, in regard to the Catch-Neuter-Release Programme, he will (a) for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to the (i) number of dogs captured thereunder over the past twelve months, region-wise (ii) mechanism in place to ensure that each dog is released in the locality where it was captured, indicating the proportion thereof captured not so released and the reasons therefor and (b) state to whom the Mauritius Society for Animal Welfare is accountable for reporting on the outcomes thereof, indicating whether such reports are rendered public?
