B/1107 The Honourable First Member for La Caverne and Phoenix (Mr Lobine) To ask the Honourable the Attorney-General – Whether, in regard to the proposed National Prosecution Service Bill, he will state where matters stand regarding the drafting thereof, indicating the (a) expected introduction date thereof in the Assembly and (b) parameters being established to ensure that the proposed Service be (i) adequately staffed with qualified legal personnel to meet increased operational demands and (ii) structured with distinct directorates or departments for the timely processing of files emanating from investigative agencies, including the Financial Crimes Commission, the Mauritius Revenue Authority and the Police Prosecution Unit?
