B/1109 The Honourable Third Member for Quartier Militaire and Moka (Mr Venkatasami) To ask the Honourable Minister of National Infrastructure – Whether, in regard to the building that historically housed the old District Court of Moka, he will state (a) when was an inspection thereof last carried out, indicating the findings thereof and (b) whether the present conditions thereof constitute a safety hazard and risk of further deterioration respectively and, if so, indicate the preventive measures being envisaged, further indicating the timeframe set therefor, if any, and, if not, why not?
