B/1130 The Honourable Third Member for Pamplemousses and Triolet (Mr Rookny) To ask Dr the Honourable Minister of Financial Services and Economic Planning – Whether, in regard to the recent increase in licence fees applicable to financial services entities, she will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to whether (a) a benchmarking exercise was carried out against competing jurisdictions prior to the implementation thereof and (b) representations have been received from industry stakeholders in relation thereto and, if so, indicate the actions taken, if any?
