B/1138 The Honourable First Member for Piton and Rivière du Rempart (Dr Prayag) To ask the Honourable Minister of Energy and Public Utilities – Whether, in regard to potable water, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Central Water Authority, information as to whether following the extension of the excise duty on plastic bottles as from 01 October 2026, consideration will be given for the installation of free public refill stations thereof island-wide to reduce plastic pollution and encourage the use of reusable water bottles?
