A/48 The Honourable Second Member for Quartier Militaire and Moka (Dr Ms Thannoo) To ask the Honourable Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms – Whether, in regard to the practice of frequent transfers of public officers, he will state whether the impact thereof on operational costs, service delivery effectiveness and the morale, motivation and job satisfaction levels of the officers concerned have been assessed, indicating whether (a) same is based on meritocracy and the professional requirements of the posts and (b) a research-based and proven Human Resources Management Strategies Motivation and Sanction Programme has been elaborated in relation thereto?
