Ramdass (Third Member for Vieux Grand Port & Rose Belle) asked the Minister of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change whether, in regard to the elaboration of a Solid Waste Management Strategy, he will state where matters stand, indicating – (a) expected implementation date thereof, and (b) measures being envisaged to encourage. (i) waste segregation at source, and (ii) composting of market waste by local authorities.
