A/59 The Honourable Second Member for Quartier Militaire and Moka (Dr Ms Thannoo) To ask the Honourable Minister of Labour and Industrial Relations – Whether, in regard to the human resources profession in Mauritius, he will state whether consideration will be given for the introduction of a statutory regulatory framework and the setting up of Human Resource Practitioners Council to govern the registration, professional competence, ethics and disciplinary accountability thereof with a view to safeguarding the rights of workers and promoting a safe, fair and inclusive working environment?
