(No. B/217) Mr R. Etwareea (Third Member for Grand Baie and Poudre D'or) asked the Minister of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries whether, in regard to agricultural land, he will state the total extent thereof currently unexploited country- wide, indicating the – (a) reasons therefor, and (b) measures being proposed to incentivize the cultivation thereof to ensure self- sufficiency and food security.
