B/221 The Honourable First Member for Piton and Rivière du Rempart (Dr Prayag) To ask the Honourable Minister of Land Transport – Whether, in regard to vehicles declared total loss, decommissioned or otherwise considered not roadworthy but returned on the public circuits following extensive repairs, he will state whether consideration will be given for a review of the existing legislation to ensure stricter traceability, disclosure and roadworthiness certification in respect of such vehicles?
