B/230 The Honourable Third Member for Pamplemousses and Triolet (Mr Rookny) To ask Dr the Honourable Minister of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries – Whether, in regard to agricultural land conversion projects approved over the past fifteen years, he will state (a) the number of private promoters or developers who were required to vest land in the State for public purposes but failed to do so, indicating the (i) extent of land concerned therewith (ii) reasons therefor and (iii) measures being taken to ensure compliance thereto, indicating the expected implementation timeframe therefor and (b) whether consideration is being given for the vesting of land for food production and for the regularisation of places of worship currently established on such lands?
